Residents of Prague 7 can park with us overnight for a good price.We have reserved 180 parking spaces at -2 level for residents of our parking lot.
Residential parking is possible daily from 8 p.m. till 8 a.m. for 20 CZK for the whole night. You can also use proonged nparking from 8 a.m. till 9 a.m. for extra price 10 CZK. If you are interested in extending the parking time, a standard parking fee of CZK 50 per hour is charged. In case of residential parking, it is not possible to apply for two hours free of charge between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. and
6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Parking rights must be arranged at the Office reception, which can be found on on the left side from the entrance to Stromovka Centre from Veletržní Street, during office hours: Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. till 6 p.m.
In case of interest, it is necessary to submit a Confirmation of the issuanceof a parking permit, which the resident receives together with a cash receipt at the parking permit (when paying the "blue zone") on the ground floor of the Prague 7 District Office. You can pick up a duplicate here in case you don't have the original. Upon receipt of written confirmation that the above conditions are met, you will be issued a resident parking card atthe Office Reception.
The parking card will be issued for a fee of 200 CZK, which must be paid in cash. This payment is not refundable. The card applies to 1 car and is tied to a license plate.

You can get to us by car from Strojnická and Veletržní street. We have a three-story car park where you will be guided to a free space by a clear navigation system.
The closest metro station is Vltavská, on the C line. If you take a tram, get off at Veletržní palác or Kamenická. It will take around 5 minutes to walk to the centre from any of these stations.
You can find bike stands at each of the outdoor entrances to the center (Veletržní, Strojnická and U Studánky streets).
